Kraig Kinser Captures First Win at Knoxville in WoO Shootout Prelim
Knoxville, Iowa - June 24 - Kraig Kinser led all 20 laps while winning the World of Outlaws (WoO) Shootout at Knoxville Raceway Friday night. Kinser, who is the son of Steve Kinser the 19-time WoO Champion, was never seriously challenged in the 10 mile sprint.
