Knoxville Championship Cup Series Race For Your School Night

On April 21st, the action heats up at Knoxville Raceway with the Lucas Oil Knoxville Championship Cup Series season opener sponsored by Pella Motors, and the Knoxville Lions Club. This night will also be a huge fundraiser for area schools with the Pella Motors Race For Your School Night.

All school age kids get in free on Pella Motors Race For Your School Night with a paid adult admission. If that is not enough, for every $15 ticket purchased with a Race For Your School coupon $5 will be donated to the designated school!

In this time of budget troubles and not enough funds for important programs, what better way to raise funds for the schools than a night at the races. Knoxville Raceway will also donate $500 additional dollars to the school that buys the most tickets, $250 to the school with the 2nd highest number of attendees and $100 to the school with the 3rd highest number of attendees.

A car show will kick off the opening day festivities on April 21st at the Knoxville Raceway in the parking lot at 11 AM. Free live music will entertain the crowd beginning at 4 PM. Come meet the 2012 Knoxville Knock Outs in their first outing of the season and vote for your favorite via Facebook.

The 2012 Knoxville Raceway season is going to be a wild one with great racing every Saturday night. Events like the 52nd Goodyear Knoxville Nationals, the Arnold Motor Supply 360 Knoxville Nationals, the Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals and the AMA Pro Flat Track Knoxville Grand Nationals will keep fans on the edge of their seats to see who will claim the prestigious title of Knoxville Nationals Champion.
