John Hall Racing stays consistent at Knoxville

Sunday, May 6, 2012
MARION, IOWA (May 6, 2012)—John Hall and his Left Turn Enterprises Racing Team didn’t have their best night, but at least it was consistent at the Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa, on Saturday, May 5.

To start the night, Hall posted a time-trial lap of 16.639 seconds around the half-mile dirt race track, good for 19th of the 25 competitors in the 360 sprint-car division. That put him seventh to start his heat race and he finished seventh. That put him 20th to start the A-Main and he finished 20th. A missed set-up on the car kept the team from making forward progress, but in all, it was a solid night.

The team plans to race again this Saturday, May 12, at the Sprint Car Capitol of the World in Knoxville, where Hall earned the Rookie of the Year title in the 360 division in 1988. Hall runs a Maxim Chassis with Parker Engines. The car is owned by Charles and Doris Hall.

The team welcomes any type of financial help and sponsorship assistance. For more information, visit the team’s website at www.johnhallracing.com or the team’s Facebook page at “John Hall Racing #7H.” Sponsorship inquiries can be directed to Stacy Ervin, media coordinator, at stacyerv@Lcom.net.
