John Hall Racing puts the ribbons on season

Saturday, July 21, 2012
MARION, IOWA (July 21, 2012)—John Hall and his Left Turn Enterprises Racing
Team potentially ended this season of racing at the Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa, on Saturday, July 21, after another night of struggles on the track.

Hall started the night with a time trial lap of 17.466 around the half-mile dirt track, which was good for 25th of the 29 competitors. He started ninth and finished ninth in his heat race. Then he started fourth and finished fifth in the B-Main, making the transfer to the night's A-Main. There, he started and finished 23rd.

The team will not be competing this Saturday, July 28, at Knoxville Raceway. After this week, there is only one points race left on August 25.

This marks Hall's 25th anniversary season of racing at the Sprint Car Capitol of the World in Knoxville, where he earned the Rookie of the Year title in the 360 division in 1988. The car is owned by Charles and Doris Hall.
