Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Golf Tournament Results

Karen Owen, Director of Marketing & Sales, Knoxville, Iowa. The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Driver/Celebrity/Fan Golf Tournament was held on Friday, September 30, at the Pine Knolls Country Club in Knoxville, Iowa. Forty-five were in attendance including top late model drivers, sponsor and media celebrities, and race fans.
The results were as follows:
1st place with a score of 61 – Donnie Moran, Todd Flowers with PBM, and fans Marc Homolar and Kris Schmidt.
2nd place with a score of 63 – Brian Birkhofer and fans Brian Daugherty, Jeff Makoben, and Dwain Homolar.
3rd place with a score of 66 – Josh Richards, Steve Francis, Don Martin from Behind the Wheel, and fan Bob Beyer.
Also tied for 3rd with a score of 66 – Matt Miller with fans Sandy Powers, Diane Thomas and Ty Thomas.
5th place with a score of 67 – Rick Eckert with Sunoco representatives Jim Darnell and Joey Reed along with fan Gene Martin.
6th place with a score of 68 – Lance VanFossen filling in for injured driver Scott James and fans Gary Malaska, Ray Eliason and John VanGilder.
Also tied for 6th place with a score of 68 – Boone McLaughlin, Rod Pattison with American Dirt Network, and fans Merle Coffey and Rex Mynatt.
8th place with a score of 70 – Terry Phillips with fans Tom Likely, Ben Dorn and Tom Dorn.
9th place with a score of 72 – Earl Pearson Jr., Goodyear representative Justin Fantozzi, and fans Rob Johnson and Steve Eliason.
Also tied for 9th place with a score of 72 – Dave Argabright with Speed Channel and fans Dennis Powers and Howard Kiel.
11th place with a score of 76 – Wayne Castleberry with WD Enterprises, Karen Owen with Knoxville Raceway and fans Matt Langston and Jackie Morris.
In honorable last place with a score of 90 – Jeep Van Wormer, Goodyear representative Kenny Tipton and fan Chad Seering.
