by Bill Wright - Relive the 2005 and 1996 seasons now in the "Past Results" section. Link to it by going to our "Results" page and clicking the link leading to our past years. That makes 10 seasons and counting of race results browsing for your pleasure. Qualifying Results with qualifying orders, finishes and starting positions, as well as points standings, feature winners, leading lap leaders and the cars they drove are all included to warm up the winter.

2005 season - Kerry Madsen just completed a fine year in the Vermeer 55 leading all feature winners with 6 trips to victory lane and a track title. Jake Peters repeated in the 360 class, while a slew of first-time winners graced victory lane in the highly competitive class. Billy Alley torched 'em all in the 360 Nationals and Roger Rager proved he still has it in the Masters, while Danny Stratton claimed "King Doodlebug" when the midgets came a calling. It was only a matter of time until Kraig Kinser found himself pulling in front of Doug Clark's flagstand at the end of the night, but who would have expected him to follow up his June win with the Ultimate accomplishment in Sprint Car racing, the Knoxville Nationals champ? Relive it all now, complete with victory lane photos!

1996 season - Memory tells us that Danny Lasoski dominated the 1996 season with yet another track title teamed with Guy Forbrook (8 wins and 107 laps led), but let's look a little closer. When Mark Kinser came to town, you could virtually reserve his spot in victory lane with father Karl at the end of the night. Mark took 6 out of 8 WoO features against the best in the business, leading 128 laps! He won his first Nationals as well. His only losses in WoO competition came on the preliminary night in June when Stevie Smith set a track record with his winning run, and the second of the twin features the following night (Jeff Swindell). Terry McCarl scored one for the locals when he topped the Thursday preliminary at the Nationals in Brad Gray's 51 machine. Randy Martin topped a close race for the 360 championship, McCarl won the 360 Nationals, Doug Wolfgang returned home to win a 360 Nationals prelim, Billy Engelhart took the Masters Classic, Mark Noble won the Harris Clash, Billy Pauch won one for the "Pennsylvania Posse" and Jerry Potter came out of retirement. Relive it all right now in our "Past Results" section.
