Monday, February 6, 2006
KNOXVILLE, IOWA (February 6, 2006) - The exhibitor flyers for the twentieth annual Knoxville Nationals Trade Show, to be held during the Knoxville National Sprint Car Championships, August 9-12, are now available from the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum. Those ‘early bird’ exhibitor applications, accompanied by full payment for the requested booth space, that arrive in the offices of the museum prior to Midnight on Thursday, June 1, will receive the special discount rate for a 10’ by 10’ booth.

The public trade show will again be held in the 4-H Show Pavilion on the Marion County Fairgrounds in Knoxville, Iowa. New this year in the back half of the trade show will be a Fan Fair, featuring lively media-moderated forums involving past and present sprint car racing drivers, owners, sponsors, builders, manufacturers, promoters and sanctioning officials. Amongst those individuals that have already agreed to be special guest hosts for the Fan Fair are Dave Argabright, Kathy Bell, Tony Bokhoven, Bruce Ellis, Jon Evans, Bobby Gerould, Johnny Gibson, Allan Holland, Mike Kerchner, Pat Sullivan, and Justin Zoch.

The trade show, which offers free admission during all four days of the sport’s national championships, draws both sprint car fans and teams, making it popular for all types of vendors. Those individuals interested in exhibiting in the four-day (11 a.m. – 7 p.m.) trade show, which features after-hours security, are urged to e-mail Tom Schmeh at tschmeh@sprintcarhof.com or call him toll-free at 1-800-874-4488.
