Knoxville Late Model Nationals Revised Format

In response to many of the drivers and teams pre-entered, the Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals has made the following changes to the format:
1. All haulers will enter the infield upon arrival and can remain there for the 3-day event! Teams may, at their option, pull out each night and re-enter the next day after 3pm.
2. With about 50 of the best teams and drivers expected, all teams may run both Thursday & Friday!
a. Each Qualifying night has a published purse of $26,000 with $6,000 toWin!
b. ONLY ONE NIGHT WILL COUNT AS THE QUALIFIER FOR SATURDAY.
Knoxville Raceway will use the highest point total night for each driver.
c. A driver and team can run just one night and that will determine their qualifying points.
3. The rain date, if needed, will be Sunday, October 1st. We will air the rain date on SpeedTV.
4. Fans may go into the infield each day from 10am until 3pm at no charge.
The Sign-in windows will open at 2pm on Thursday, September 28th. It will open at 3pm on Friday & Saturday.
