Rick Eckert Agrees to be Celebrity Waiter at Saturday's Dinner & Auction at Museum

Sprint-car-turned-late-model driver Rick Eckert of York, Pennsylvania is the latest Lucas Oil Knoxville L.M. Nationals competitor to agree to be waiter at tomorrow’s Knoxville Late Model Celebrity Waiter Dinner & Auction. Eckert will join Mike Balcaen of Manitoba, Canada, G.R. Smith of North Carolina, Chris Smyser of Missouri, Jill George of Iowa, Josh Richards of West Virginia and Speed Channel's Tony Bokhoven as celebrity waiters. Autographed memorabilia for the auction afterwards has also been received from Tony Stewart, Kenny Schrader, Jeep Van Wormer, Rick Eckert, Tim McCreadie, Justin Allgaier, Brian Birkhofer, Brady Smith, Kyle Busch, Brian Harris, Dave Blaney, Ricky Rudd, and Kasey Kahne. The third annual fundraiser for the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and the National Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame will be held on the second floor of the National Sprint Car Museum at 12 Noon on Saturday, September 30.
