Masters Classic Entry Form, Purse & Format Now On-Line

The official entry form, purse and format for the fifteenth annual Knoxville Masters Classic winged 360-cubic-inch sprint car race for drivers age fifty and over at the Knoxville Raceway on Friday, June 1, are now available on the track’s www.knoxvilleraceway.com web site. The purse and format for the one-day show can be found by clicking on “Rules”, while the entry form is logically placed under the “Entry Forms” icon.
The purse for the event returns to the $3,000-to-win, $260-to-start level after a one-year hiatus. The technical rules for the event will be the same as the track’s weekly winged 360 c.i. division rules and they will be administered by Knoxville Raceway officials. The winged 305-cubic-inch sprint car class will compete in the Knoxville 305 Shootout as the undercard for the Masters. An open track practice will take place on Thursday, May 31, from 7 until 9 p.m., and a regular CarQuest-sponsored show of 360’s and 410’s will take place on Saturday, June 2, after the afternoon National Sprint Car Hall of Fame (NSCHoF) induction banquet.
