Pella Motors and Chevrolet on Board with Knoxville Raceway

Knoxville, Iowa – Pella Motors in cooperation with Chevrolet will be the “Official Automobile” and the “Official Pace Truck” of the Knoxville Raceway in 2009 and 2010.
Two trucks and one car will fill out the Knoxville Raceway/Pella Motors fleet this year. The white Chevrolet 1500 4 x 4 with the 4” lift and 33” tires on 20” wheels will be used as the pace truck. The red Chevrolet 2500 4 x 4 will be utilized to head up the Knoxville Nationals 50th Anniversary Tour that kicked off earlier in March.

Knoxville Raceway will kick off its season on April 25th with the Lucas Oil Knoxville Championship Cup Series. The Knoxville Raceway season will run through October 3rd and includes 360 and 410 sprint cars, midget sprint cars, late models, and, modified cars.
